Booking your ride
To book a ride, use the "RYDE Passenger" app – learn how to download and use it here. Looking to book a ride for your first day at Wix? Click here/on the tab above!
You can book a ride up to 7 days in advance, and up to 10 minutes before the ride leaves its first station. You can cancel/edit your booking up to 10 minutes before the ride leaves its first station.
Cost
Each ride costs 50% of your daily transportation payment, and you also pay for the tax value of your ride. The TAU and Herzliya train station shuttles are free, but still require booking in advance.
Who can join the ride?
Your dog is welcome on WixLines – just make sure to mark that they’re joining you when booking your ride and to always have them on a leash. However, if your dog is very large and/or doesn’t get along with other dogs, please use your best judgement to decide if it’s a good idea.
Want to bring your kids/a guest with you to work on WixLines? No problem! When booking your ride, simply add another person to it. Please keep in mind that you’ll be charged for their ride like you’re charged for yours.

Your first day @ Wix
Before your first day at Wix, you won’t be able to book a ride through the Ryde app (because you don’t have a Wix email yet) – but you can still use WixLines!
Just book your ride 1-2 days in advance through the Ryde customer service center: 052-6104006, available Sun-Thu, 6:30am-9pm.
